Booking Basics
Our rates reflect the duration of your escape, with pricing tiered by session minutes. We suggest booking your retreat 24 hours ahead, though we welcome last-minute inquiries based on therapist availability. For our in-home sessions, kindly provide your full address and location details. Should your plans change, you may cancel without penalty up to four hours prior to your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. At Nísos Spa, we prepare everything needed to bring tranquility directly to your location. To maintain our high standard of service and respect our therapists' schedules, we require at least 4 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows significantly impact our ability to serve other guests. Consequently, cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
